An innovative program will addresses gaps in the paid caregiving workforce, especially in underserved populations. Grant funding from the Santa Barbara Foundation and matching funds from Prontopia will accelerate recruitment and upskilling of paid caregivers in Santa Barbara County in collaboration with local area health and human services organizations.
