Luis F. Servin has been appointed executive director of of the Santa Barbara County Workforce Development Board (SBCWDB). His selection was announced by the SBCWDB executive committee and the Santa Barbara County Department of Social Services.
Servin assumed the leadership role Oct. 31, replacing director Raymond L. McDonald, who is retiring after 14 years of service with the county, and a lifetime of achievements in workforce development and in the public sector.
