Soon, one in four people in our county will be a senior citizen. A master plan for aging is needed to be sure that the housing, care, and other needs of the aging population are met. Exactly such a master plan is underway, and community participation is needed. A convening in Buellton provided an opportunity for participants and interested parties to catch up on progress to date.
