DSS participates in the Veterans Stand Down every year by sending staff to representing eligibility programs, securing a grant for shoes and other supplies for homeless veterans, and often fielding volunteers. This year's Stand Down takes place Saturday 10/15/22 at the Santa Maria Fairpark.
