Healthy food access lacking

Article about CalFresh and access to fresh fruits & veggies in our neighbor to the north, San Luis Obispo County. Similar problems exist in Northern Santa Barbara County -- where, for example, multiple farmers markets exist but none accept the CalFresh EBT card or offer Market Match (unlike all South County and some Mid County farmers markets), and some areas such as Guadalupe do not have such a market at all; and access to healthy food through conventional markets is not evenly available across all neighborhoods.
